Verte Originale Absinthe is a classic French Style Absinthe which would be perfectly at home in 1850's Paris during l'heure verte (green hour). Created in the traditional way, pot distilled using the absinthe "holy trinity": aniseed, fennel and wormwood followed by a colouration featuring lemonbalm, petite wormwood (artemisia pontica), angelica root and hyssop.
