60ml of Sparkling Wine

60ml of fresh squeeze orange juice

garnish with and orange twist

Gin Paloma

60ml of Arancello

30ml of Agave Spirit

30ml of Afternoon Haze London Dry Gin

20ml of lime juice

90ml of Soda

garnish with a lime twist

Summer Gin Toddy

30ml of Apple Brandy

30ml of Afternoon Haze Barrel Rested Gin

60ml of fresh squeezed apple juice

1/2 lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon honey

Shake with ice and serve in a cocktail glass

Add a slice of green apple to garnish

Margarita

50ml of agave spirit                                                      

20ml of Triple Sec 

15ml of fresh lime juice

shake over ice in a cocktail shaker

add salt to rim

Espresso Martini

30ml of coffee liqueur

30ml of smoked vodka

30ml of espresso coffee

15ml simple syrup (optional)

shake over ice and garnish with 3 coffee beans.
