Demoiselle Distillery Est. 2012, What makes us different: we have been going since the early days of craft distilling in Australia, we make every drop of alcohol we sell, we do not buy it in.

We create small batch spirits using botanicals and fruits the we grow on our farm or get from nearby farmers. Our range has become quite expansive as the distiller explores his love of spirits, starting with Absinthe but now including Gin, Whisky, Rum, Limoncello, Arancello and vodka

We also, very uniquely, grow agave on our farm that we distill agave spirit from (like mescal/tequila but not made in Mexico). The agave being grown predominantly from seed by the distiller this project is now in its 10th year and starting to see the first fruits of our labours.
