Demoiselle Distillery Agave Spirit 700mL

A project that has spanned a decade, our second release.

The agave used in creating this product have been grown by us from bulbil and seed. Predominantly Agave vivipara alongside some Agave angustifolia.

4 day pit roasted using ironbark wood. 

Hand crushed by the distiller. 

Double pot distilled and bottled straight, just as it should be.

Perfect enjoyed neat over ice or paired with our newly released triple sec Orange Liqueur to make a worthy margarita.
